We are glad you asked. We have strong feelings about an internship being of equal exchange between both parties. Internships should increase your knowledge, skill set, and experience of working at a company. Internships should NOT just be a way to obtain free labor, which sometimes is the unfortunate case. It is pointless if you intern at a place in which you are not learning anything from. You should expect that we will help you increase your knowledge, skill set, and experience in the working world.
